Think Pilates, Yoga, Sport specific exercises & education specifically for your own body movements all rolled into one!

GREAT! ..... What exactly is prehab?

PreHab is a personalized, continually evolving exercise program. It provides sports-specific, focused exercises & activities for an athlete's needs. The philosophy is simple:

TO PREVENT INJURIES!

Our Group Prehab classes are for anyone interested in learning more about how to relieve, renew & optimise their body! Through strengthening, mindful, movement based therapy exercises.

 Our Body Specific Clinics will begin next season with individual sessions for injury prevention / pain relief of back, hips, knees, shoulders and more! Maximum 8 people per session to ensure full personalised guidance.


Alice is a qualified physiotherapist & has worked in both the NHS and in private practices both in the UK & Australia. Alice has also worked for British Athletics & at the Athletics Australia National Championships 2019 treating & supporting elite and international athletes during athletic events. As well as being a physiotherapist, Alice is also a yoga teacher passionate about movement & encouraging people to understand & optimise their bodies.
