Join us for progressive training sessions over 6 Sundays to build stamina, endurance, strength, overall fitness, confidence and self motivation, while learning the importance of training technique & body form.

Starting or continuing your fitness journey in a friendly, non intimidating group, guided by personal demonstrations, assisted through full body exercises and encouraged to push at your developing capacity.

Sessions suitable for beginners to Fitness/ anyone coming back after a time out/ anyone wanting regular motivation to keep on target to reach goals.
