After the great success of our week long gratitude challenge, we’re excited to invite you to our newest FREE 7 Day Community Challenge, a week-long journey designed to boost your mental wellbeing, develop self trust, enhance self esteem & achieve your goals.

Join us in cultivating deeper inspiration, motivation & determination within our incredibly supportive community!

How It WorkS:


Duration: July 22nd - July 28th

Through our Community Whats App Sharing portal we will guide:

Daily Journalling.

Healthy Habits.

Mindfulness Practices.

Positive Reinforcement.


Daily Themes: Every morning at 7am we will send the prompts for that day’s Determination phase within our studio What’s App Portal. Such as:


Goal Set
. Getting clear on achievable wellness goals

Create a Daily Routine.

Stay Motivated & encourage each other.

Reflect on progress, struggles, solutions.

Leverage community support through accountability & encouragement.

Celebrate achievements


Community Sharing: Sharing within our community Whats’s App group is a prominent aspect of the challenge. Shares are posted before midnight every day to inspire each other & keep consistency.
