Our Beginners Yoga runs over 6 progressive Weeks starting 9th Jan

Each week develop:
Flexibility, Balance, Strength, Mindfulness, Focus, Energy, Breathing Techniques, Meditation.
No need for previous yoga experience, hyper mobile joints, overly supple or long muscles, or even a love for soft fluffy music & incense.
Simply learn how to stretch your body, release tension, create space physically & mentally bringing a sense of overall wellbeing.
Bring a friend or make new ones in our super friendly small group, non judgemental, welcoming environment.

If you can’t make the time of your session booking, you will be sent the recording of the class to do in your best time at home up until midnight the next day.
